With a qualification in Mindfulness Meditation Teaching (after a robust two-year Mindfulness Meditation teaching course from Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach), and accreditation from the International Mindfulness Teachers Association, you can feel secure in the authenticity of these classes and events.

Mindful Meditation Foundations

Five week evening course at The Johnston (the community room), Kirkcudbright.
Begins Monday 12th May 2025, 6 pm - 7.30 pm
Course fee £60

Awareness and compassion with certified teacher Kirstie Templeton MMTCP.

Friendly and practical in-person course for exploring the foundations of a personal meditation practice that utilises the everyday moments of your life. 

Cultivating awareness and kindness in your own life for potential improvements to mood, outlook, concentration, sleep, relationships and self-knowledge. 

Everyday moments can be mindful moments. 

One-to-one sessions & Walk n Talk

Kirstie offers bespoke one-to-one mindfulness sessions, which can take the form of private guidance and reflection practices, Walk n Talk sessions in nature, or/and video/phone support. 

Although never a replacement for therapy or medical professionals, having the encouragement and support of a mindfulness teacher can propel and enhance your own journey to self-awareness and greater wellbeing.
