About Us

Kirstie is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher after completing Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. Kirstie is committed to sharing these teachings and practices in ways that are relatable and meaningful to your everyday life.

Having experienced city life in her 20's, Kirstie returned to her home area of Dumfries & Galloway to raise her family and benefit from the region's countryside and community spaces.

Searching for meaningful ways to manage life's ups and downs and heal from some of life's more traumatic challenges, Kirstie incorporates mindfulness as a way of life. Everyday is a fresh day to learn and live.

Ways we teach and share

Explore our range of mindfulness and meditation offerings designed to fit your needs. Our approach is down to earth and promotes mindfulness in everyday life through gentle movement, meditation, relaxation, visualisation and compassion practices.

Comprehensive Classes/Events

Relaxed and friendly opportunities, catering to various levels of experience, fostering connection and growth. We also support teams in workplaces & corporate settings. Do not hesitate to get in touch with your requests.

Community Engagement

Keen to collaborate with community groups and Third Sector organisations, we have a mission to help reach those who may otherwise struggle to access mainstream offerings, for reasons of disability, finances or social exclusion.

Safety and Accessibility

We prioritize safety and diversity: aiming to reduce barriers and promote access for all. Please get in touch for any accessibility needs and safe space requirements or to discuss adaptations and course design.

Non-Denominational

The Pebble Room does not follow, and is not restricted to, any particular religious or faith denomination. Deeply informed by Buddhism, modern neuroscience, and psychology, yet grounded in our embodied and direct experience of life.

Thank you

The Pebble Room benefited from a start-up grant from the Pathways Project, South of Scotland Enterprise (SOSE).
